RaagEngine is an AI music prompt platform based in India. We can be reached at hello@raagengine.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following information when you use RaagEngine:

• Account information: Email address, name, and password (encrypted) when you sign up
• Usage data: Which features you use, how many credits you consume, and which tools you access
• Payment information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Paddle. We do not store your card details.
• Generated content: The prompts and inputs you enter to generate music prompts (used to improve the service)
• Technical data: Browser type, device type, IP address, and usage timestamps

3. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the Service
• To manage your account and credit balance
• To process payments and send receipts
• To send important service updates (not marketing, unless you opt in)
• To detect and prevent abuse of the platform

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase: Our database and authentication provider
• Paddle: Our payment processor (Merchant of Record)
• Anthropic: AI provider (your prompts are sent to generate responses — see Anthropic's privacy policy)
• Google: If you sign in with Google, subject to Google's privacy policy

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing hello@raagengine.com.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for keeping you logged in and remembering your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. No system is 100% secure — if you suspect a breach, contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a notice on the platform.
