By accessing or using RaagEngine ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

RaagEngine is an AI-powered music prompt generator that helps creators generate prompts for AI music platforms including Suno, Udio, and others. The Service also provides YouTube SEO packages, social media captions, and related content tools.

3. User accounts

You must create an account to access AI features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Credits and payments

Credits are purchased on a one-time basis and do not expire.
Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
All purchases are final subject to our Refund Policy.
Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to local taxes handled by our payment processor.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or infringing content
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated tools to abuse the credit system
Resell or redistribute outputs commercially without attribution

6. Intellectual property

The prompts and content generated by RaagEngine are provided for your personal and commercial use. RaagEngine retains ownership of the underlying software, models, and platform. The AI-generated outputs themselves are subject to the terms of the respective AI music platform you use them with (Suno, Udio, etc.).

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated prompts will produce specific results on any AI music platform, as those platforms operate independently.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaagEngine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
